Florida Proxies Terms of Service

These Terms of Service were last updated on October 10, 2026, and they apply to every account on floridaproxies.com and to every line you rent from our Miami rack. We wrote them in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] before you buy and a real person will answer.

What you get when you rent a line

A Florida Proxies plan gives you exclusive use of one carrier SIM card sitting in one modem, router or Android phone in our Miami rack, for the period you paid for. Nobody else uses that SIM while it is yours. The hardware stays our property; you rent the right to route your traffic through it over HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5.

The IP addresses your line shows to the world belong to AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon, not to us and not to you. The carrier assigns them from its regional pool, shares them with ordinary phone subscribers, and may change them at any time without warning. For that reason we never promise a specific address, a specific speed, or a specific reaction from any website, app or platform. We promise a working mobile line on real Florida carrier hardware, and we work hard to keep it working.

Who may open an account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

Your login, API key and proxy credentials are yours to protect. Everything done through them counts as done by you, so pick a strong password, switch on the extra sign-in protection in the dashboard, and tell us right away if you think someone else has your access. We reset credentials on request.

Prepaid plans and renewals

Every plan is paid before it starts. Hourly plans run from two to four hours and simply end; they never renew on their own, and the hours you paid count toward a day plan if you decide to keep going. Daily, weekly and monthly plans renew if you keep automatic renewal switched on, and the renewal charge is collected ahead of the new period, not after it.

We may change our prices from time to time. A change applies only to periods you have not yet paid for. The price you paid for a running period stays exactly as it was until that period ends.

Late or missing payments

If a renewal fails or an invoice stays unpaid, we send you a notice by email and, where you have linked it, through the Telegram bot. You then have 24 hours to settle the balance with the line still running.

After those 24 hours the line is suspended. We hold the suspended device for you for another 24 hours so you can pay and pick up where you left off. At the 48 hour mark the device is released back into stock and may be sold to someone else. A released line is gone: we cannot restore it and we do not refund any part of it.

Those are the normal timings. Where an account shows a pattern of non-payment, a disputed charge or other risk, management may suspend or release a line sooner than described here.

Things you may not do with a line

Our lines run on consumer carrier SIMs in Florida, under carrier contracts and US law. You agree not to use a line for any of the following, and you agree that we may suspend a line the moment we see it:

  • Breaking any US federal or Florida state law, or the law of the country you are in.
  • Attacking, scanning, flooding or probing networks, servers or devices that are not yours.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS, messages or comments of any kind.
  • Fraud, phishing, carding, identity theft, or impersonating another person or company.
  • Accessing, storing or sharing material that exploits minors, in any form.
  • Reselling, subletting or sharing a line with people outside your own organisation without a written agreement with us.
  • Anything that puts our carrier relationships, our Miami rack or our other customers at risk.

Unlimited data, used fairly

There is no data meter on a Florida Proxies line. The SIM inside is a consumer plan from the carrier, and we rent it for proxy work: browsing, account management, checks, scraping at a human pace, automation that behaves like a person. We do not rent it as a bulk transfer pipe. Moving large files, mirroring sites, streaming all day, torrenting, or running continuous downloads is outside fair use.

When a line's traffic looks like bulk transfer, we may slow it, pause it or ask you about it. Those steps are a fair use measure, not downtime, and they do not earn credit under our Refund Policy. We deliberately do not publish a number, because the carrier's own limits move and because the point is the kind of use, not a figure.

Complaints about a line, and lawful requests

Carriers, platforms and members of the public sometimes send us a complaint about traffic from one of our addresses. We look at the connection logs for the line involved, and we may pause that line while we do. If the complaint points to a prohibited use, the account may be closed.

If a court, law enforcement agency or regulator with authority over us makes a valid request, we comply with it. We keep that cooperation to what the request actually requires, and we tell the affected customer where the law allows us to.

Who owns what

The Florida Proxies name, logo, website, dashboard, API, documentation and the software in our rack belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to operate your line and for nothing else. Do not copy the site, scrape the dashboard, reverse engineer our software or present our service as your own.

Whatever you send or receive through a line stays yours. We claim no rights in your data, your accounts or your results.

No warranties, and the most we can owe you

The service is provided as it is and as available. Mobile networks have bad hours, towers get crowded, a carrier can reassign an address or drop a session, a website can decide it does not like mobile traffic that day. We do not warrant that a line will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant any outcome on any third-party platform.

To the fullest extent Florida and US law allow, our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event you are claiming about. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, lost accounts, lost opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss.

You stand behind your use

You agree to defend and compensate Florida Proxies, its owners, staff and suppliers against any claim, fine, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that comes from your use of a line, from content you move through it, or from your breach of these terms.

Ending the relationship

You can stop at any time: let the plan run out, or turn off renewal in the dashboard. We can suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for non-payment on the schedule above, for a valid complaint or lawful request, or where we believe the account creates a risk for us or for other customers. Where we close an account without a breach on your side, we credit the unused time.

Changes to these terms, governing law, contact

We update these terms when the service or the law changes, and we show the version date at the top of this page. Material changes are announced by email or on the dashboard before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Florida, where the operator of this service is based. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts for the operator's county in Florida, unless the law gives you a right to a court nearer to you.

Questions about these terms: [email protected], or message @FloridaProxiesBot on Telegram. Support is staffed around the clock.

Questions

Can I share a line with a colleague?

Within your own team, yes: one organisation using one line. Reselling or giving access to people outside your organisation needs a written agreement with us.

What happens to my line if my card is declined at renewal?

You get a notice and 24 hours to pay with the line running, then 24 hours of suspension with the device held for you. At 48 hours the device goes back to stock and nothing is refunded.

Does moving a line to another of your US cities change these terms?

No. Location moves are free and self-service from the dashboard, and the same terms, plan and remaining time follow the line.
