Florida Proxies Privacy Policy

Version dated October 10, 2026. This policy explains what Florida Proxies collects about you, why, how long we keep it, and who else ever sees it. The short answer: as little as we can while still running a mobile proxy service from Miami, billing you correctly and helping you when something breaks.

The information we do collect

We keep four kinds of records about you, and nothing else that identifies you:

  • Your account email, the password hash, and any name or company you choose to add.
  • Payment references: the processor's transaction id, the amount, the plan, the currency, and the last digits or wallet address that identifies the payment. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Connection metadata for each line: the timestamp, your source IP, the carrier address assigned at the time, bytes in and out, and the destination host or port. This is what we need to find faults, answer carrier complaints and apply fair use.
  • Support messages: everything you write to us by email, through the dashboard or through @FloridaProxiesBot on Telegram, with your Telegram id if you use the bot.

What we deliberately do not collect

We do not read, log or store the contents of your traffic. Pages you load, forms you fill, files you download and messages you send through a line are between you and the site. HTTPS traffic through a line is encrypted end to end and we have no way to open it. We do not run content inspection of any kind, and we do not sell, rent or trade any data about you to anyone.

We do not ask for a phone number, a government id or a home address to open an account. If a payment method needs billing details, the payment processor collects them under its own policy, not ours.

Cookies and analytics

The dashboard sets a session cookie so you stay logged in and a preference cookie for language and display settings. The public site uses simple, cookie-free page counts so we know which pages help people. There is no advertising pixel, no cross-site tracker and no fingerprinting script on floridaproxies.com.

How long we keep things

Account details stay while the account is open and for 90 days after it closes, so you can come back and so we can answer a late dispute. Payment references are kept for as long as Florida and US tax rules require, which is longer. Connection metadata is kept for 30 days on a rolling basis and then deleted, unless a specific record is frozen for a complaint or a lawful request. Support conversations are kept for two years so we can see the history of a line when you write again.

Who else sees your data

Three kinds of outside companies touch a slice of your data, each for one job: the payment processors that handle cards, PayPal, Zelle, bank wires and crypto; the email service that delivers our notices and replies; and Telegram, when you choose to talk to us through the bot. Each sees only what its job needs. The carriers see traffic from their own SIM as they would from any phone, but they do not get your account identity from us.

We disclose data to a court, regulator or law enforcement agency only on a valid request from a body with authority over us, and only the records the request names.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it that we are not legally required to keep. Write to [email protected] from your account email and we handle it within 30 days, usually much faster. If you live in a region with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.

How we protect it

The dashboard and API are served over TLS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access to production systems and to the Miami rack is limited to named staff with their own keys, and we review who has access whenever people join or leave. Backups are encrypted. No system is perfect, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects your data, we tell you by email without undue delay and explain what happened.

Children

Florida Proxies is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that an account belongs to a minor we close it and delete the data.

Changes to this policy and how to reach us

When this policy changes we update the version date at the top and, for anything material, email account holders before it takes effect. Questions, requests and complaints about privacy go to [email protected] or to @FloridaProxiesBot on Telegram, any hour of the day.

Questions

Do you log the websites I visit through my line?

We keep connection metadata, which includes destination host or port, for 30 days to find faults and answer complaints. We never log page contents, form data or anything inside an HTTPS session.

Can I use the service without giving my real name?

Yes. An email address and a payment are all an account needs. Crypto payments keep even the payment reference minimal.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from your account address and ask. We close the account, release the lines and delete what we are not legally required to keep, within 30 days.
