Florida Proxies Refund Policy
Version dated October 10, 2026. A mobile line in our Miami rack is a physical thing: one SIM, one device, one slot in the rack that we take off the market the moment you pay. That shapes how refunds work here. This page says exactly what you can get back, when, and how to ask.
Refunds come back as account credit
When a refund is due, we add it to your Florida Proxies balance. You can spend that credit on any plan, any carrier, any city we serve, and it does not expire. We issue credit rather than reversing the payment because many of our customers pay in crypto or by wire, where a reversal is slow or impossible, and because credit lands in seconds.
If your line has a fault we cannot fix, for example a modem that keeps dropping, a SIM the carrier has blocked, or a device that has to be pulled from the rack, we first offer a free move to another free device. If no suitable device is free and you would rather stop, we credit the unused part of your plan, counted by the hour from the moment you reported the fault.
Outage credit
Sometimes a whole shelf or the whole rack has a bad day: a carrier outage across South Florida, a power event, a failed upgrade on our side. When our monitoring confirms that your line was unusable for longer than four hours inside one calendar day, we credit that full day back to your balance, automatically for daily, weekly and monthly plans. Shorter blips, slow hours on a crowded tower, and the carrier reassigning an address do not count as an outage; they are part of how mobile networks behave.
Hourly plans are different because they are short. If an hourly line is confirmed down for more than a quarter of the hours you bought, we credit the whole purchase.
What we do not refund
Some things are outside what a refund can cover, because the cause is not our line:
- A ban, a block, a verification wall or any other decision by a third-party website, app or platform. We route your traffic through a Florida carrier address; we have no say in how a platform treats it.
- Fair use measures. If we slow or pause a line because its traffic looks like bulk transfer, that is not downtime.
- Lines released after non-payment. Once the 48 hour window in our Terms has passed and a device is back in stock, nothing is owed back.
- Change of mind after activation. Activation is instant, and from that second the SIM and device are reserved for you alone.
- Hourly plans once they have started, except for confirmed outages as described above.
- Speed expectations beyond the ranges we publish, or an address that a database places in a different Florida city. Carrier geolocation data is not ours to set.
How to claim
Email [email protected] from your account address with the order id from your dashboard, the line concerned, and a sentence or two about what went wrong, with the time in Eastern time if you know it. We check our monitoring and the line's logs, reply within one business day, and if credit is due it is on your balance in that reply. Credit from automatic outage detection usually appears before you have had time to write.
If you disagree with a decision, reply on the same thread and ask for a second look; a different person reviews it.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please talk to us before you open a dispute with your card issuer or PayPal. A chargeback filed without contacting support closes the account at once, releases every line on it and forfeits any balance, because the dispute process costs us far more than the plan and leaves us unable to run the line in the meantime. If a dispute was opened by mistake, write to us and we will sort it out together.
Where this policy sits
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and carries the same version date. It is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. Nothing here takes away a right that consumer law in your country gives you and does not let you waive.
Questions
Can I get money back to my card instead of credit?
Refunds are issued as account credit. Credit never expires and works on every plan and carrier, and it lets us settle a fault in seconds rather than days.
The platform I use blocked my account. Do I get a refund?
No. A platform's decision about your account is not a fault in the line. The address still works, and you can rotate it or move it to another of our US cities for free.
How fast do outage credits appear?
Automatic credits for confirmed downtime over four hours in a day usually land the same day. Manual claims are answered within one business day.
